Re: The GEC 100 Club
Um, you mean what were the the last 3. I'm on a binge.boggs wrote:Alright Nordic and on your way to hitting the happy 300..........and Sardian what will the next three be?
Since I said I need 3 I have gotten:
A Cocobolo wood 72
Another Elk GEC 73 so I would have one numbered and one un-numbered
Red Bone 72 (on it's way)
Light Saddle Brown 23 (on it's way......thanks Mike)
2007 Primitive Bone 73 (in transit)
2006 Rodgers Green Tea 73 (in transit)
Genuine stag 73 liner lock (I posted pictures of this one two day ago).
And a stag 72 with spear blade is being held until later this week when my paypal account replenishes.
That's all I can remember right now
But, I have 40 other knives (non-GEC) that I have for sale around the net to help replenish funds from my spending spree....and to keep the wife happy.

Yes, there is a cure, but it is only temporary.sardian wrote: ... GEC fever, is there a cure? ...
It works like this - you buy another GEC, and then you're fine.
Until you see the next GEC ...
But not to worry - "Dr. Monk" is always accepting new patients!

Re: The GEC 100 Club
Thought it might be interesting for some of the GEC affectionados to revive this old thread. It was a hot topic 5-7 years ago.

Re: The GEC 100 Club
111 and counting. Still missing a few to complete sets. Otherwise, I have 15-20 I am trying to sell. Wish I knew about GEC a lot sooner, I would most likely had 3x as many.

Re: The GEC 100 Club
I own 58 GEC folders. I have given two away. I have never sold or traded a knife in my life. I collect German & American traditional folders. I collect custom fixed blade knives too.
