Another sparky!

Thuya burl and simple filework. Didn't want to crack the wood so I didn't put the bail back on. Any tips on doing that?

That looks great! I'm not sure I understand your concern regarding the bail, though. I assume it would be peening through. I think my only concern would be the bail flat rubbing on the wood, as you are trying to peen things tight.

Yes, the peening is my concern. Is there another way to get a head on the pin?
