Seller of this knife sed its stamped LC Co...
Philco found the stamp in his library LACKAWANA CUTLERY Co.

Ive not recieved it yet to confirm...
Possibly its an LFC also..

Here's one from Lackawanna Cutlery, Nickleson PA for sale on Ebay. It has a clear tang stamp.

I have never seen an LFC knife that looked even remotely like that one.

Looks to me like a Robeson made knife.

I have a vague memory of a contract brand made by Robeson may be "FC Co"....

two lackawannas made in nicholson pa. 8 miles from where i live, made with the celluloid but not showing any gassing. too bad the pictures of the girls are too faded to make them out clearly.

I agree the subject knife has a Robesonesque appearance.

If the tang stamp turns out to be "F. C. CO.", it stands for Fulton Cutlery Co.

Every one I've ever seen was a Robeson knife with the original stamp ground off and the Fulton stamp applied.

Usually, there is a portion of the Robeson stamp remaining.
