Here are a few that I picked up in the last few weeks.

4 Nagle Re-Blades, These patterns I did not have with the handle material they have on them.

A neet Utica switch made in Japan!!! I've been looking for one of these for awhile and got it at an antique show in upstate NY last weekend.

Last is my first Camillus and only Folding Hunter that I own, I've had more of them through the years but sold them off. This on is a 4 line with most of the FOREST KING etch still visible. I'll post this one on the Camillus forum also.

Remember happy hunting!!!

This arrived in the mail today.
Buck #347, G10 handles, S30V steel, Heat treating by Paul Bos.........What is there not to like? :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I tried a Buck 345 and the knife is great & fits my hand well.
I just wanted to see how the S30V steel performs.

Just got it today & haven't really used it yet......but I am liking it! :lol:

Dale,
I don't have one myself (yet... :D) , but I like the look of the Vantage Pro. Looks like a sturdy and well made knife designed to be used. ::tu:: I guess it will go a log way towards making a fixed blade unnecessary to carry in the great outdoors. Is the sheath OK?

Gino,
You got a black one..! I've just had silver Alox, but me like! ::tu::
How do you like your new VICs? I generally find them to be very well made and functional, but I wish Victorinox would have more options with a clip point blade...

The Vantage Pro does not have a sheath. It would be useful for some folks I am sure, but I really like the way the clip is set at the very end of the knife. It rides very low in the pocket so there is no danger in losing it. I usually wear carpenter type jeans of shorts. The Vantage Pro rides nicely in the right leg "ruler pocket."

It is scary sharp!

Gino-
That is a good looking SAK!
I never liked the silver handles on those, but the black looks good.

Has anyone tried a Victorinox One-handed Sentinel yet?
Those look like they would really work well.

Cattle Baron is neat but a little too decorated and if I'm not mistaken over 4" long.

This is the last knife I got but it's been a month or more.

Dale,
Being roughly the same size as the 112, I assumed that the Vantage Pro would be delivered with a sheath, but of course it's a lighter model than the old 112...

It is quite a bit lighter than the 112, just 4 oz. compared to the 112s 5.6 oz.
I just looked those weights up on Buck's website. I actually thought there would be more difference than that.

Red-
Thanks for the opinion! ::tu::

That's a nice Mooremaker! ::tu::

Here's an odd mix that have shown on my doorstep lately.

1. A Deltawerk (Solingen - 1878-1957) hawkbill for the wife's gardening chores. I guess this one is from the 1950s - looks to have oak handles.

2. A nice little EC Simmons stockman with leather punch. This K73878 is 3 5/8", and was made 1921-1938.

3. And last is a big 5 inch Khyber lockback from Japan. These were made in the early 1980s, I think, and was owned by Ka-bar. I had one of these back in the 1980s, and someone stole it from my pickup :x

That Khyber is pretty cool.

But I have a hard time trusting that I could get a great edge on steel THAT polished! ::shrug::

Received this little Schrade beauty in the mail today. It's my fourth Miracle Whip Anniversary knife, the first in mint condition and the only one that still has the little plastic sleeve it came in.
