What was your first Rough Ryder ever? Post pictures if you got them.
My first RR was this unassuming medium stockman. They called it stag bone and I was pretty disappointed in the color and texture of the bone. I didn’t like the knife at first and almost gave it away. I ended up dying it red and started carrying it more because it’s a nice size. Now it has grown on me and I will never part with it.

After dying it and smoothing out the rough edges of the bone scales (I refuse to call them covers lol).

The dye job looks great!
This Canoe was my first Rough Rider. I haven't bought any of the brand since they changed the name to Rough Ryder. I can't remember the exact year that I bought the Canoe but it was sometime between 2006-2009.
Looks like the bolsters could use a good polishing.

That’s a pretty canoe. I love the deep two tone dye job they did. Who doesn’t love a canoe? They are such smooth and pocketable knives.

While I remember the first pocket knife I bought with paper route money in 1967, I do not remember which of my RRs was first or if it was a single RR. I likely added one or more to a SMKW order to make the minimum for free shipping which used to be $100. It's been $75 for a while. I liked their brown stag bone series so it might have been one of them. The name spelling changed before I bought my first.
