If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

Ok, No Problem. ::tu:: As soon as I do any new touch ups I'll do some before & after pictures. But it's nothing to brag about really. It's usually just small scratches & dings as I usually try to aquire plates that are in pretty good condition to start with. The plates hang in my car port in highths from about 7-12 feet high. So I can do small touch ups that no one notices once I get them hung up in my carport. But sure, I can do some before & after pictures next time. ::nod:: ::tu::

Can't wait for some group pictures of that collection as it grows Scott. That's going to look awesome! Will you display them in a frame some day? ::shrug::

Ok so, I just try to find a permanent marker as close to the original color as I can find and then cover up the spots or scratches as well as possible. The only orange 🍊 colored marker I could find in town was a Textile marker which does not work as well as a normal standard permanent marker but I made due. ::smirk::

Here are the "before" & "after" pictures. ::tu::

Not a huge difference unless your one of those "perfectionists" like me. ::doh:: ::facepalm::

In most cases, once I hang them up, no one will ever notice the "Touch Up" work. ::tu::

I grab a lighter when I see one I like. The nam lighter is an engraving of my 8" Howitzer. Top sarge gave them to a couple of us drivers for a mission we did. Nice guy, found out he used the battery fund to buy em. OK I get it! Told the wife I cant take photos. She said"dont worry your good at other things. I said"name a couple things, she said she couldnt think of anything off hand.
