Mystery tang stamp

Saw this tang stamp on a multi blade pen knife on reddit and was wondering if anyone recognized it.

The stamp definitely depicts a praying mantis. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with it. I have checked all sources of information I know.
The model is European. I have seen similar Czech, German, and even Russian-made knives.
