Hey ya Dale. If you would like it, its your buddy. I know its not right to gift a gift but thisn falls under the ROFL 101 POS ruling. Its not in bad shape at all. Blade looks full and they both pop and snap good. TTLY Rod

I think I might recognize a few of those.glennbad wrote:Well...I received a package Friday from 313 Mike...It was set off on it's own because of the smell.
The knives were individually wrapped in the appropriate "paper".
Here is my steaming pile:
All kidding aside, there are actually a few decent knives in here. I love the little pearl one. A quick reprofile on the main blade should set her right.
The little 2 blade bone one is unmarked, but nice.
And the wood handled stockman is a Camillus. That might make a nice project.
Thanks again Mike!

TJ, I was more than happy to PASS them on. I was actually a bit scared of that larger one.
Rod, Bo' done hooked you up. I know you were needing some watermelon knifes.
Glen, I like that little unmarked bone, that's some nice jigging.

Hey Glenn, glad to see the steamin' pile of clunkers arrived safely, hope it didn't stink things up too much! Iron Hoarder, you are correct, a few of those are becoming quite well travelled now, 'round and around they go!
I received a steamin' pile of my own the other day from Mike D in Kentucky, thanks Mike!... here they are in their glory....The Hammer brand is the best of the lot, despite it's uniformly dented scales, I do have an affinity for the Hammer brand...The Kamp King looks alright at first glance, unitl ya turn it over or open up the blades! And the little red number is straight outa China, and looks to have been used for some sort of glue related project, as the two tiny blades are stuck together and coated with a clear resinous substance of some sort....

Re: 2012 POS Roundtable Anyone ? ? ? ? ?
My POS Box arrived today. Thanks a bunch!!
The gem was the boyscout fixed blade that someone tried to clean up with a bench grinder with a 40 grit wheel. I've already got it mostly sorted out with a session on a 60 grit belt. All the lines at least run the same direction now.
Then of course there is the shell handled knife which will go straight into the shell handle box FOR SOMEONE ELSE!
I think I'll try to pass the two Pakistani specials off on one of their countrymen at the next knife show in June. Then again I might just send them back to someone else.
I mustn't forget the very nice little Mag-light LED version this kind hearted soul included so I wouldn't get lost on my way back in from bury'in this S*** in the woods either. Thanks a bunch!!

Robert - Do my eyes deceive me? That fixed blade at the top of the picture looks like a Western Boulder CO.

Re: 2012 POS Roundtable Anyone ? ? ? ? ?
I think it does too. There is a boyscout emblem on one side and the remains of the words Boyscouts of America on the other but it's hard to make out. It might have said Western above that. I really can't believe someone did to it what they did. I'll clean it up some more later. It's a keeper.

It's the bifurcated tang. I think it was a Western exclusive.

My wife liked the NRA Buck and the multi-tool will be good for a summer in the boat toolbox.
I also have a use for those cheapo fold-up knives like the blue Parts Store knife in the pic........so not too bad at all.
