I noticed in my 1926-27 catalog these knives are listed but they aren’t in my 1931 catalog so I am assuming this carving set is from mid 20’s!! That makes them cool to me!!

Yes—very cool! I love old kitchen knives from case,queen, Keen Kutter etc..Most of my users in my kitchen are the same as mentioned..
