redrider and John. Concerning the S&M: The closed length is 3 1/2"; blade length is 3". The covers are very nice jigged green bone.
If either of you can give a name to that jigging I'd appreciate it. Because of its lightweight it can be slipped into a suit pocket and make an excellent gentlemen's knife.

Totin' a 5" 1898 3/4 KK that I think was made by Winchester.

Does anyone know if Schrade (or another Keen Kutter brand knife maker) had a large Toothpick with the same pattern number? ::shrug:: I couldn't find it in Sellens' book or in Voyles' Winchester section.
