My every day knife for many years; a Wostenholm bare head jack. Holds an incredible edge and snaps like a bear trap. Love the color of the stag!

A few months ago I bought this KA-BAR stainless fish knife for a few bucks because it was missing the handle material on one side and the other side was broken. I remember thinking that I had not seen a fish knife done in stag, so that is what this one is.

The blade profile of your Precise reminds me of this well used Kershaw 1030. I picked it up just because. I also have the whole Kershaw Hunters set Hattori made put up in the safe. Many on your new Precise!

You said it (or more precisely; wrote it ) CxIII!!! That is a sweet 'lill Kershaw 1030... I always loved that series of fixed blades from them . I like the weight and size of my new find, I am planning to take my Precise out on y next hunting trip

Thanks! I was never a huge fan of the Congress shape - seemed unnatural in an upside down kinda way. But, I’ve really become attached to this little stag-sided beauty. It’s growing on me.

Love the Congress pattern, Glenn. It grew on me, and now I have a bunch of them I hate that my Boker isn't real Stag, but it says it on the shield!
