The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Wow! Great looking knives everyone! I really enjoy all the pictures!
My newest addition is this Camillus Western WTX Jack Knife from the AAPK. This would make a nice EDC but it's in such good condition that I put it in my showcase for a while.
Thanks for looking friends!
Nice Tom, that’s a nice clean piece. Good to see you over here in Camillus country!
Take care over there my friend!!
SPECTACULAR pieces of cutlery being exhibited!!

Cool, now you need to find a bolsterless version, I have both. Good find, way to go. Edit: Here are the two models: #695 above, #697 below.
Hmmm now I am on the hunt for the #695,
There’s a 696 as well !! I believe it’s in the 1992 catalog # 3.Thought would help you out !!!!or stir the fire
Thanks JP. Now the hunt is on! I found this on eBay: "Camillus 695 Sailors Knife Black Handles W/Rosette Riveting & Packaging, Papers".... But for $279.99 ... .... I think I will continue hunting for a little more affordable one....

This afternoon I added this to my "general" CAMILLUS cutlery collection. It's a CAMILLUS 23, 2 blade pocket knife. It came with the original box and paperwork. It is in NEAR MINT condition and required no cleaning at all. I took some pictures and here it is.

That's a fine knife and a real handful, too! I've got one but not in that great condition.

That is such a good-looking pattern, and in excellent shape, too. I eagerly await the day that I find one at a price I'm willing to pay!

That.....
Thank you Dan.
It was less than $50, including the working man's
punishment fee and shipping. I got it on eBay.

Currently there's a short-line 23 on eBay that appears to be in very good condition. It's paired with a #1 that's very worn and the bid is $20 with 4 days to go. ---► https://www.ebay.com/itm/402852554535

The working man's punishment fee..
I've never heard it put that way, and it's entirely accurate...especially considering your location.

That is a price I'd be willing to pay. If bidding doesn't get too crazy, I will be very tempted on that one.

Camillus 902 Double Lock Back ...
I dont recall seeing another . I may have , just dont remember .
Nice 902. That’s the pro master series,or something like that . Late eighties ,early 90 s . There out there , if you do a search you’ll find a few and some good info. The handle material and size makes it a great user knife .

Thanks! I didn't think that I collected Camillus until I stared looking a little closer at my knives... never realized I had so many from Camillus
Nice knives G dog
It’s cool hearing how you steered towards collecting Camillus and didn’t really try . It seems that way with me as well, it just evolved that way, good luck with your collection and the hunt !!
