What Is It?

I posted this knife under "Knife Finds Of the Day," but I think I'll have a better chance of finding out what it is here. The knife has a blade on one end. The other end has two blades with the bottom edges serrated and top edges are sharp as well. It's marked "18-8 Stainless Japan."

Some brave souls have already ventured the guesses grafting knife, sushi knife, and wine opening tool. My first impression was some kind of kitchen tool or fish cleaner, though I think the serrations are too small for scaling a fish.

So how 'bout it, folks? Does anyone know what it is or want to take a guess?

Definitely a grapefruit knife and a nice one too! That's only the second one of that style I've seen(I posted a pic of the other one)
