Camillus 23 with what I believe is the 1960- late 1970's tang stamp. I have never used the knife but I can't speak for any previous owners. There are some minor scratches on the blades so it might have been lightly used in the past.
4 1/8 inches closed. Carbon steel blades. Half stops.
Blades do have a little bit of play. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst blade play ever, I would rate the play on both blades at about a 2.
Good snap on open, close, and half stop.
Very Good to Excellent condition.
No box. Ships in a sturdy cardboard box.
