I recently traded with a man for this Clauss, I’ve seen the jack knife that Case made for them, but never a sleeve board. I was hoping you guys might have some info on it and it’s value. Thanks.

Nice knife. What is its closed length?

Without knowing the length for sure, I’d guess it’s the same as a Case 62079-1/2 sleeve board pen. Hard to get any comps on most of the Clauss line as there’s not that many of them sold. Yours looks like a really nice example, but not mint. I’ll make a guesstimate of around $120 for value.

To me it does not look like it was made by Case...more likely by Queen City, based on the blade grinds and the bone. Matches a Queen #3 pattern sleeveboard penknife.
