I have to be careful over there; way more wants than places to put them
I just received an art deco 6347 from them last week.
Super fast shipping!
Won’t hurt to look, never know what’s been added.
Thanks again, Mike

Re: WTB Case 2011 Olive Green 6347 Stockman
Thanks for the lead, Mike.
I do have that one or it would be in a cart right now.
The 2011 has pinched and cutline bolsters. The cutline is only difference(exception of date) between 2010 & 2011
I appreciate your looking!!

TN River Valley Whittlers
Hello, I’m looking for whittler knives with the ‘TN River Valley Whittler’ engraving on back of the primary blade, these will be roughly 4.5” in length and have a variety of shields, scales and blade etchings. The majority of these appear to be made in Germany with American brand tang stamps. I have...

Re: 62091 Red Bone
Thank You!
It was the second pattern set I assembled with the Classics. I’ve rotated and reset display’s over the years but not this one. Memories of friends, road trips and knife shows in that display, good times.

Re: 62091 Red Bone
There were two LTC engraved oval shields in the classics; the difference is the spacing between the letters ‘A S E’, thIs wide spacing is the WRC version. The Winchester LTC engraved oval positions the letters closer: ‘ASE’. The redbones with this jigging would ‘nominally’ have serial numbers. Mine ...

Re: Case Classic Toothpick's
Terry, I don't have much in the way of toothpicks, Most of What I have are in displays. I have a few random 1072's so I grabbed these two for a quick picture, apologies for the lint etc, just squeezed in a shot and moved on to other things today. These haven't seen the light of day on many years. 19...

Terry, I'll look through what I have.
While I am looking, are you interested in any of the old Cut And Run(CNR) Listings? I know there were a lot of classics referenced, not sure how many toothpicks.

Re: Case Classic Toothpick's
Okay, a couple 5039's These were part of a second Dollar stamp series that never fully came to be when the Classics program came to an end. My understanding is those that were made were engraved Salesman Samples. 75039PurpleSwirlm.jpg 75039PurpleSwirlp.jpg 75039BlueGreenSwirlm.jpg 75039BlueGreenSwir...

You had a nice set there, Jerry!
I had not seen that acrylic on the far right. Do you have a picture of the blade etching on these?

Re: Case Classic Toothpick's
I love the jig bones, Terry!
Don’t recall seeing the yellow bones before. I made a background for my phone with them.
I think i had only seen one of the second trio; they’re awesome together!!
That purple prob more unique than the others, gorgeous.
Thanks for sharing, theobald - I mean Terry.

Re: 6291 Red Bone
OMG, Jason...
Glad I rounded up a couple red ones before you found them LOL.
You’ve added several since I last saw your spread. Very nice!!!
I count 18 open slots so I’m hoping 19 is so good you would need to move a buffalo
That case has got to be heavy.

Nice group!! I chased these several years back myself. Looking at this post motivated me to share, these still pop up from time to time on ebay and other sites. Re: Case Classic Certs.
I have a 1072 Mastodon ivory Clasp, it’s the one that’s pictured in the price insert for the book “ Best in the long haul” The cert I have shows a that the shield is an oval but the knife has a bow tie shield. The other knife a have is a Mastodon Ivory 488 Congress. The cert I have shows it a Clasp...

Hello, Derek There were two series to the Case Classics Production. Your knife, the 340 pttern, is from Series Two. I've attached a picture of a matching serial numbered Eleven piece set showing Five jig bones, Four smooth bones and Two stags. The knife you have is the only knife with a bowtie shiel...

Outstanding group there, Jason! I'm still holding out for one of those buffalo cw2091's... not holding my breath, but hanging in there none the less. I like what you're doing with the shading of colors, too. It really shows off the variations. You'll need rollers on that case when you get it full......

Re: Knives in Clam Packs: Survey Says...
I too, agree with Phil - not being able to touch the actual knife would be tough! At this point you can't know if they ever were snapping shut. As with Mel, I've had no problems with knives that have been partially open in displays for 10 years. I pull them once a year for a detail and inspection an...
