Vintage - Tuck Mfg & Co - Brockton, Mass. - Ray Haselton Custom

Tuck Mfg & Co was a hardware company that manufactured tools in Central Mass. from 1852-1915.
I recieved this knife in a lot which had several custom knives and refurbished blades from Ray Haselton of Vermont. This style matches up with his custom work that I have seen. The blade has obvious signs of use and resharpening as well as the wear and markings you'd expect to find on a blade this age (at least a century old). It has a moderate patina with light pitting. Lightweight and fairly well balanced. Unknown wood type used in handle construction.
Blade: 4 3/4" high carbon, spear point, "Tuck Mfg & Co - Brockton, Mass" blade etch
Handle: Carved wood, brass fitting
OAL: 9 3/4"
