The handle materials are a higher quality and the carbon steel blades are D-2 steel. Made very much like Schatt and Morgan's and in some ways better. This is a gorgeous Congress with Winterbottom bone handles that are chip and crack free. The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges. Measures 4" closed OAL. Good snap and no wobble or play. Comes with the original box and COA insert. Free shipping within the USA.
