Queen Cutlery – Mini Coke Bottle – Buffalo Horn – PROTOTYPE NKCA Youth Knife

Queen Cutlery mini coke bottle pattern #56. This is the original 1 piece prototype that was made and submitted to the NKCA in 2004 for consideration for the 2005 National Knife Collector’s Association Youth Knife. It was the chosen pattern, and 400 knives were made in 2005.
Made in Titusville, PA and it measures 3 5/8 inches closed. It has smooth black buffalo horn handles, brass liners, and nickel silver bolsters. It has the round NKCA shield inset.
This knife does not have a half stop. It did not come with a box. The blade is etched “200_ NKCA Youth Knife” and on the rear is etched “Queen Cutlery Titusville PA”. Since this was a prototype, it does not have any tang stamps.
The knife is in new condition, never used or sharpened. The blade is flawless, and the handles are free of any defects. The blade snaps good both open and closed. The shield is fitted a bit messy since it was a prototype piece.
I’ve been on AAPK for 20 years. Return the knife if you aren’t happy. Message me if you have questions. Free shipping to 50 US states. Paypal accepted. Thanks.
