Up for sale is a highly collectible, vintage Schrade I*XL GS-234 Lockback Limited Edition 3-Knife Set, handcrafted in Sheffield, England by Geo. Wostenholm & Son. This specific set was distributed exclusively for Snap-on tool trucks in 1979.
This is a complete premium package featuring matching serial number 1148 stamped on the rear bolsters of each knife and printed on the original factory registration certificate.

No. GS 30 Lockback: Genuine Stag Horn handle, 4-1/8” closed.
No. GS 40 Lockback: Genuine Stag Horn handle, 4-3/4” closed.
Three (3) Factory Leather Sheaths: Deep-stamped with the classic I*XL logo, sized perfectly for each knife.
Original Paperwork: Includes the Schrade I*XL historical story booklet and the original hand-filled Registration Certificate (dated 1979/1992 transfer).
Display Box: Original red flocked presentation insert inside the rare, black "Made Exclusively For Snap-on" outer box wrapper.

Knives: Excellent to Near Mint condition. The genuine stag covers are stunning with deep, fiery character and no cracks or chips. High-quality stainless steel blades with strong snap, solid lockup, and clean factory edges. Beautiful solid nickel silver bolsters, brass liners, and traditional hallmarks.
Sheaths: In excellent vintage shape with minor handling marks from long-term storage.
Box/Packaging: The red interior tray holds the set beautifully. The outer black Snap-on branded sleeve shows typical shelf wear and tearing along the corners/edges as pictured, but remains intact and highly readable—a rare piece of tool-truck history!
