ADDITIONAL INFO:     This is a neat old knife. A four bladed stockman that is about the same size as a three bladed stockman. The knife is 4 inches long and the with across the middle of the knife is 9/16”.

The Henckels is approximately 1/32” wider than a brand-new Schrade 8OT. The Henckels may be a tad bit heavier but with a fourth blade but not a great deal. J.A. Henckels has been around for a long time, they started operations in 1731 and are still in business today. In 1960 they stopped making pocketknives and most of them are made on contract now by Boker of Solingen Germany. The Henckels pocket knives I have seen made after 1960 are made in the same pattern as the Bokers.

I am not knowledgeable enough on Henckels and Bokers to know whether this four blade Henckels stockman pattern was made before 1960 and thus made by Henckels or if it was a later addition made by Boker. I believe this is one of the older patterns made by Henckels prior to 1960. Perhaps of someone who knows their Henckels really well could tell me more about the pattern I will be happy to add it on to this listing.
