ADDITIONAL INFO:      The 125OT was made from 1971 to 1997. It has a brass liner lock. I got the knife without a sheath so I added a new old stock sheath with the knife. This would be an outstand knife to carry in the field, but it is such perfect old stock it still has the sticker on the handle advertising the liner lock.

This knife came from a small wall display that was made in late 1973. It actually came from someone who was the British Columbia distributor for Schrade, although it has the same markings as the knives made for sale in the US. The display was one that hung on a wall had three or four fixed blades, a Honesteel three or four smaller folders, a 125OT and this 25OT. The small display had no boxes or sheaths with it. This sheath is probably the best sheath I have for 25 OT. I think it is factory sheath, though it could be custom-made because the leather is much heavier than most of the factory sheaths I have seen for the 25OT or the 125OT.

This knife has not been used, carried or sharpened. The last new sheath I had that will fit the 125OT is one that was made for a special run of knives produced a number of years ago by Schrade. The sheath has green leather which makes it somewhat unique. I have been told by people who have been collecting Schrade for much longer than I have that the green sheath was a special for a SFO. It is the proper depth of proper design sheath for the 125OT.
