Please Note: Orvet Customs is not taking orders at this time:

I am taking a vacation for a couple weeks. God willing I will be at the Oregon Knife Show (OKCA) April 12-14. If I have time I will open the store next week, if not it may even be the end of the month after my cataract surgery. Thank you all, Dale

ADDITIONAL INFO:     This Cub Scout knife is one of the nicest ones I have seen in a long time, the “Official Knife, Cub Scouts” blade etch is fully legible, in spite of some patina on the blade. One of the things that is almost never seen on a used Cub Scout knife of this model are functional liner locks for the punch blade and the screwdriver/cap lifter blade. I think the fathers get tired of closing the blades of their young Cub Scouts every time they use their knife. The release for these liner locks is fairly small, and they can be stiff; I think most fathers just bend them out of the way so their boys could use the knife easier. These liner locks work perfectly with no sign of having been bent or tampered with. These were the iconic Cub Scout knives when I was a boy in Cub Scouts in the late 1950s. If you want one for your scout knife collection or if you want one for a young Cub Scout, this is one of the best looking and best functioning ones I have seen in several years.

*By Purchasing, The Buyer Confirms It Is Legal For Them Purchase And Own This Knife.

This knife will ship via first class mail in a padded vinyl envelope unless the buyer requests an upgrade to Priority Mail.

When shipping by first class in padded envelopes I always wrap additional padding around the knife, it will be well padded. I haven’t had one damaged in shipping yet.
