ADDITIONAL INFO:     This Camillus model 99 was probably made in the 1960s, the 1965 catalog shows a line drawing of this knife and it appears to have the Camillus name on the shield, it’s just not legible because the size was too small and the resolution is not high enough to enlarge and to read. However, in the 1965 catalog I can tell that the screwdriver/caplifter and the punch are located in the same position they are in this knife. In the 1973 catalog the it shows the punch on the mark side and the screwdriver/caplifter on the pile side, just opposite the way they are in this knife. The spear blade has been sharpened but there is very little blade loss. The blade is really only beginning to form patina, it appears to me this knife is not been used a great deal. This is a nice knife for a collection or for everyday use.
