BLADE WEAR: Clip blade appears full

SNAP:   Good snap on bodkin and file, good snap opening on clip blade no snap close because it rubs the scissors. Scissor handle is tweaked a bit and scissors are missing the spring, which messes with the fit of both blades in that blade well.

ADDITIONAL INFO:      This is a hard to find and I highly sought after Case knife. This one is assembled from two knives, the clip blade and shackle coming from the donor knife. The blade that was in this knife was an unmarked pen blade, obviously a replacement. The handle of the scissor is tweaked and sometimes miss aligns with the blade well, hitting the edge. There is no spring for the scissors.

Most of you know I am not a Case collector and I know very little about Case knives so all I can do is compare this to others I have been able to find. One of our members had this same model for sale in 2012 for $400; it was near mint and had the same tang stamps as this knife. He dated the knife between 1949 in 1964. Obviously this knife is only in Fair condition but it does have full blades.
