Here are the most recent knives I have got in the past couple weeks.
I got a letter opener, that has an advertisment and a small pen blade that is stamped Remington UMC, Made in the USA.

The 3 knives in order are: Cattaraugus, Little Valley, NY (Used Condition)
a Zwillins J.A. Henkles, Germany-Inox, and a Camillus.

And then I got the Parker/Frost Great American Ships set 1/1000.

The henkles has some type of coating along one side of the blade, not sure what that is called, or the purpose of it. So any input on that would be appreciated.
I am not sure if I will be keeping the remington very long or not, it is very different piece in my collection, but it just does not grab me very much.

Will trade a hawkbill Boker , or a new Old Cutler stockman, your choice for the Remington. Can send pictures if you are interested.

Heya Remington, if y9ou want post them pictures, I may be interested.
From what I can tell on the letteropener/knife it does have a chip at the end of the blade, and the silver finish is worn away at the end of the letter opener, some pitting on the blade as well. No pattern numbers on the blade. Has a good snap when closing, a little tight when trying to open.

As for the parker frost knives, yeah I was looking at another set before, and finally picked these up. They are very nice knives, and have a good feel to them. I was pretty happy to get them!

Heres the Boker, USA. Has 9215M on the reverse tang. Has " COAL MINER" etched on the blade with a pic of a miner wearing a light on his head. Has been sharpened and used very little.

Heres the Old Cutler USA. Has 523 on the tang. Has "OLD CUTLER" etched on the blade along with a picture of a guy who is hammer forging a knife blade. Unused and unsharpened.
