Question on N.C.C.

If anyone has any info on N. C. C. of Canton, Ohio, I would appreciate a little help.
I checked my usual scources of Goins and Levine and found nothing.
I'll post a photo.

Novelty Cutlery Co Canton Ohio.
According to The Standard Knife Collectors Guided 5th Edn. the company closed in 1944 so yours must predate this.

Ray, Check out Canton Cutlery and Canton Knife in your Goins, sounds like three companys going after the same market share. I wounder how many employes went back and forth across town over the years

NCC was an authentic brand to be found on old transparent celluloid handle knives....however that shoe knife is a reproduction...a modern fantasy fake. As far as I know, Novelty Cutlery Co never made any metal handled figurals of that type to begin with.
Someone revived the NCC brand for use on cheap novelty knives in the 70's and 80's. You will se figurals and "shell handle" type knives with that mark that are modern.

Lo and behold, BRL confirms Parker. I am sure it is a rare Parker, indeed!!
