All About Pocket Knives

Hello, Im new to collecting and to the forum. Have always carried around a pocket knife but never got into collecting until very recently. I'm collecting for fun and have no profit motive involved. Will hold on to what I collect until I can pass on to my daughters or son in laws but considering the oldest in 4 I have a long way to go. Anyway I have checked the price guides on this site and need a little more direction. How does one go about finding the value of case gunfighter and lawmen series trappers? The are both 038 out of 1000 and are 6254ssp. I understand the stamping and abbreviations but cannot find a value for them. The box on both is dated 4/7/98. I dont really care what there worth as to what I paid for them because I like them and that is all that matters to me. Just wondering.

Hi Brad. Welcome to the forum.
As far as the knives go you may want to post under the knife related Q & A section. If you can post a picture that would help. But try to keep the picture under 600 pixels, otherwise they get to big to view and download.
There are some very knowledgable collectors here that can help. Have fun!

Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm new here too so I really can't help you much as I just started collecting myself. What might help you though is go to the top of the page where all the listings are and click on "Other" you'll find topic there that if they aren't of any immediate help they will at least be of interest. Don't be afraid to post any questions you might have as I've find the people here to be very nice and more then willing to help in any way.
