Finally busted with Federal Indictments !!!!!!

The Cookeville, TN. daily newspaper, Herald-Citizen, headlines on May 8th reported that a mother /son duo had finally been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on several counts of Internet fraud. Mary and John Hopson have been a real pain in my crawl and the wallets of many unsuspecting buyers for several years. The indictments state this pair had bilked buyers out of $ 64,000.00 ....the real amount will never be known since a large portion of buyers never reported the loss.
This pair had operated as Cumberland Knives before changing their business name to Cookeville Cutlery, Cripple Creek Knives, and others. Bob Cargill, owner of the trademark Cripple Creek , squashed that little indiscretion quickly once I informed him of the name theft.
Needless to say , this pair has caused me much grief. I have gotten calls from all over the world thinking I was the one they ordered from and they were quite po'ed. We did what we could to help but not much ever become of it until the Fed's busted thier little bubble.
Over the past year or so they switched to selling all forms of consumer products, anything to collect payments. The main items were of the cutlery nature early on. It is amazing how some people get away with this for so long...as they did.

If you were a victim , contact me , maybe I can help. Maybe there really is a Santa Claus.
We are not associated with these jerks !!!!!!
