Old Stag Sabre.....anyone know anything about this one?

I found this knife in the woods behide my house over 30 years ago when I was still a boy.

It says SABRE MONARCH 151 on one side and SOLINGEN GERMANY on the other side.

Anyone know anything about this knife? Is it workth anything?

likely imported by cole international - 1960-1980. are the handles plastic?

Never looked that closely at the handles before, sure do look like plastic.
