He's a good old boy in his 80's he walks down to our children, He totally fell in love with our 3 year old daughter. He gave those knives to me, then he all most made me break down and cry, he said last year he sold a box full of knives for $150.00 at a friends garage sale 
He said he didn't know I was a knife collector, or he would have given them to me I know I've must have mentioned something about knives before

On the sheep's foot Blade Case XX USA on the other side of the tang the number is 54052 and there's one more blade that is stamped Case XX USA. So this is a 1965/69

no dots below the USA 1965-1969---nice piece
