All About Pocket Knives

New to this forum, but not to knives. I've been colletcting for some 25 years. The fever started when my great grandfather gave me a barlow when I was about 8. But of course my mother took it from me but gave it back after about a week af badgering and begging. I can still hear her saying, "Don't take it to school and if you cut yourself, don't come crying to me". My collection consists of trappers, mostly Case, and Bali-songs. I'm 48 going on 20, retired, and ride the scoot when ever the weather lets me, an 01 teal blue and cream Harley Fatboy. I'm from sw PA, Scottdale (no s in the middle) to be exact. I am a Grandfather, just one grandson for now, and enjoy tormenting him immensely. I can't wait to get him on the scoot, but the daughter says I have to wait until he's at least 7, he's 15 months now.
I just found this site today surfing through the NKCA pages and I must say even though I have'nt been through the whole site from what I've seen so far I am very impressed to say the least and I'm sure I'll find something to impress me even more .

There's a lot of knowledgable collectors here (I'm not one of them ) so don't be afraid to ask questions.
