Help identifying 3-inch jigged bone gunstock pattern? pen knife – no tang stamp – coping master?

Yes, looks like a Catt to me too. No shield and the color and jigging of the bone all look like a Catt sleeveboard. The elliptical shape of the master blade blade nail pull tells me the pull was added and not factory.
