All About Pocket Knives

I would like to show a little knife I bought recently...A small 2-bladed knife... three inches closed...with mother of pearl handles
This knife is near mint condition...I believe it to be a bowtie pattern... Goins lists the knife to be made 1905-1928
I don't see this brand very often usually not in this condition...remarkable for it's age...I was just informed that the pattern is a tuxedo
I would like to thank Ken for that information; I would like to see other Challenge knives

Nice find. I’ve seen that frequently called a “tuxedo” pattern. I think sometimes knives were given as gifts, and the recipient did not really want or need the gift so it got stuck away in a drawer. Never carried or used.

Skip has pointed you to the right place to see more Challenge knives. You might want to post yours there also.

I think you are correct; sometimes I find knives that are used where the blades are almost gone. Then again other knives that were never carried or used
