I am not going to be much help. I had to do a search on this forum to find the pictures of this model that I used to own.

If you can enlarge the picture, you can see that it has basically the same tang stamp. It’s a Parker model if I am not mistaken. Mine had a very similar scrimshaw design. As I understand it, National Blade was a line of knives that Jim Parker conjured up. Not sure if they were all scrimshaw.

Charles W Morgan is the name of the clipper ship depicted in the scrimshaw.

Sorry but that’s all I know.
