If there is a post for this I could not find it.
Could someone please post a step by step for dyeing with potassium permanganate?

Keep mixing the powder in warm water until no more will dissolve. It will be a purple color.
Apply to the handle material and let it dry. It goes on purple, but dries brown.
Wear gloves!!!!!!!!!!

Also if it has been dyed before the original colour will affect the new dyed colour.
