Strange, but I don't own a Latama picklock.
I have repaired hundreds of them, but most of my vintage Italian knives are generic-and are the same knives marked differently.
I just never saw a Latama that I liked enough to pay the premium for the name, though I wanted quite a few of them.
Here are some memorable ones.

Not all of us are blessed to have hundreds of Latamas pass through our hands to the point of becoming so jaded that they are now unremarkable… most of us collectors love seeing posts like yours so thank you for doing it! Great knives!!

Some dealers provide reasonable payment plans. I HAD to have these. I challenge a collector to find better examples

No offense at all! Just kind of comes across as a little dig instead of simply saying “great knives/cool post” or something nice. I think it’s safe to say most switchblade collectors love nice Latamas!

Those are awesome Ka-Bar. Great group! I have yet to get my hands on a Latama. Haven't found one in the wild and have been outbid a number of times when trying to get one online. But one of these days... one of these days

A few more.

Here area few of mine. I personally own these. The 13” kris was posted by a random guy on Talkbkade on Halloween 2014. I remember because it was my daughters first Taylor Swift concert that night. His dad picked it up off the floor after a bar fight in Tijuana.

The 7” model on the left is one of 3 I have personally found in that size. It was owned by a famous Knife import/export company in Italy.

The best part of this hobby is the love of hunting and searching every day and finally locating a treasure and then buying it and getting it home. Then I spend countless hours going over every pin and looking for the original finish and comparing them to others and keeping them for a lifetime to look at and enjoy holding every day.

Owning them is a lifetime of love and passion and pride. I have found 5 Latama Square buttons all by myself including finding 3 different sets of Patent documents for them that didn’t reside in the Jack Polincovski collection.

Thank you to everyone for the information provided. I have collected knives for 25 years and yet to find a latama in the wild. Your information and photos will help me in the future.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like picklocks aren't being produced anymore by Latama and Frank Beltrame.
