When I come across a good one I usually keep it. SOme pretty rare ones in there. There is a set of giraffe bones that were limited to 10 sets and not sure how many each they made of the ring knives

Very nice personal collection of Canal Street knives, Mike

I have gotten quite a few really good knives from you that are in my permanent collection, and I am grateful you were willing and able to let them go

Now I understand why: you have exceptionally high standards for the ones you keep. Well done
You might consider posting your photos in the "Collections, Sub-Collections and Family Group Photos" thread as well....they're exactly what that thread was made for

Great collection of CS knives. Never seen the watch before though. What's the story on that? Who made it? When?

Mike you’ve got some great knives there. I certainly understand why you’re holding on to them.

The watches were made by Beam Tech Inc. and sold by Reed Cutlery maybe about twenty years ago. The top crystal pops open and functions as a magnifying glass.
