really nice looking knife - dont see many traditional knives with a flipper and pocket clip - like it

The Civivi web store shows that the knife is available as a discontinued prototype. It is very tempting.

The clip blade's flipper lever is tiny. If it's not an easy flipper then to get it open I'd have to use its nail nick. I do not like pocket clips. I agree that it's interesting and the design is so unusual that it's tempting as a collectable. However, I just let a knife that I'd rather have in the AAPK store slip away at half the $145 asking price because I'm looking ahead at nasty bills. Being responsible is a female dog. Even if it really is one of two different colored prototypes $145 is double what I've been willing to pay for a Chinese knife.
How about ten of you guys order one and see how many of you get the one and only prototype.

The SMKW CIVIVI salesman in the Youtube video that Scale Military linked says the production run knives are expected to be available June 2026. He does not say if they will be any different than the prototype he is displaying. We can only guess what price they will be offered at initially.
My guess is that the history of the original Rough Ryder Reserve line is our best guide to how pricing and sales will go.
