Nice. I'd get one, but....
Unfortunately, we can't legally carry an auto here in California. Old laws made with emotion and no scientific evidence, and politicians that want to be rulers have ruined this once great state.

In the northern left coast state, Washington, unless it helps a handicapped owner do their job, it is an illegal to own spring knife. Knives that can be opened with centrifugal force, a flip of the wrist, or gravity, are also illegal spring knives even if they do not have a spring. Consequentially, I could not enter the AAPK give away a couple months ago.

If you work with it enough to be able to compare Magnacut to other modern stainless blade steels I'd like to read how it compares. Nice knife. ::tu::

ill probably never actually use the knife, I carry a Leek daily. But, a chef said he wouldnt even consider another steel in his knives. They never need sharpened, just a few strokes on a ceramic rod now and then. probably as a younger guy I would have actually bought and used these new steels, when I actually used knives for real work around the farm and in the woods et cetera. I used to regularly abuse my Buck 110 back in the 70s-80s.
