Same. Stag is my #1 if it has nice texture.

Sweet! "Nice" is very subjective, but I'm with you. Not a fan of the overly-gnarly super bumpy slabs.

I've always loved Stag and Ramshorn for their texture over flat horn.

Yes. Stag is just special. Natural, no 2 are exactly alike,
there is a favorite color and depth for everyone’s taste.

I think we have been diverted in collecting these beauties
since there are so many plastic types now available.

Wood is another we have been diverted from.

This Tiny Muscrat my wife bought me for Valentines Day in 2007 has part of the red on the shield coming off but has been worn smooth from many years of pocket carry.

Me too John. It was a whole lot prettier back in the day. But has that pocket worn look now. I've carried it for years. Sambar Stag. ::handshake:: :D

Great Fork Don, is it stainless?

Thanks Bill. I’m pretty sure it’s stainless. No rust on it. No patina. Bright and shiny. I made it from an old broken fork.
