All About Pocket Knives

Bought this knife at a knife show. Question to group. Does anyone know how this knife came with stag handles? Is this a custom made Case knife?

Even without reading the 3 in its pattern number it is obvious Case did not install its stag. While its collector value is minimal as a gorgeous customized Case it's stupendous!
