Think PINK!

My bride read somewhere that after a woman reaches the age of sixty, she looks her best when dressed in the color pink. Needless to say that prompted a rapid change in wardrobe color!
Being the accomodating spouse that l was,l found her a pink Spyderco Delica for her new pink purse. She loved it and that started my quest for other pink handled knives.
Over time l acquired several which she would install in whatever pink purse she was using at the time.
Fast forward to last night. While attempting to decipher the virtual mountain of paperwork she jokingly referred to as a " filing system", l came across one of her pink knives. And then another. The last one l unearthed was the pink PSpyderco. I remember buying it at a Menards store in lndianapolis in 1995 when we visited her brother. The memory caused a bit of a case of " wet eye". Still hard to believe she is gone.
Anyway here is her assemblage of pink knivees that will be my final display to build. It will be titled, "KYD'S KNIVES" (my nickname for her),

The knives are wonderful. You're a good man. A project like the display you've planned seems like a wonderful way to honor a wonderful woman and a good way to help you move forward.
This is the knife I bought my wife. She likes purple, not pink, but close enough

Don't be "sorry" at all K7K. I can't imagine losing my wife. My wife loves green, so I have bought her a handful of green knives. I think it's great that she shared the knife bug with you, even if it was on a bit smaller scale

Wouldn't it be sad if thinking of your sweet wife didn't bring a case of "wet eye".
