All About Pocket Knives

Anyone would like to show off the knives with sheepsfoot and lambsfoot blades?
One knife that i really like the look of is the rosecraft elk river.

This Cold Steel Tuff Lite does about 95% of my at home cutting outside of food prep. I keep it on the end table next to my easy chair and use it more than any other folder when I’m at home.

When I’m away from the house I like to have a blade with a little bit of belly on the cutting edge.

I used to always carry a stockman, the sheeps foot blade was the mist used blade. Great for timming sheep/goats feet. good for stoned hooves, just handy as heck. The spey blades were little used, not good foa a lot. especially castrating??

Though this old Case Barlow definitely shows its age, it is my favorite sheepsfoot knife.

The Elk River is nice, a pleasure to open/close, and a very comfortable knife to hold. I like how they skipped the nail nick - something about a nail nick on an easy open that I just don’t like.
