All About Pocket Knives

Hi, does anyone know if this Knife is a Good Knife?

Otherwise I know nothing about it except that Pacific Cutlery was the predecessor of Benchmade, which makes good knives. They’re also often counterfeited by Chicoms. If it’s not a fake it’s potentially a good knife. Hope someone here knows more.
