Help identifying cattle knife

Can anyone help identify this cutlery shop? Part of the tang stamp has been worn off. The remainder looks like it might read "city". Ive never come across this tang stamp before. I'd appreciate any insight anyone can offer. Thanks in advance for any help.

Looks like a Queen city. It's not a cattle knife which has three, four, or five blades, it is a jack. The Queen City mark in script was used around WW2.
