A Virginia and a SM CO. Not sure about the Virginia dating but the SM CO seems 1950’s w/brass liners.
The marble is an AKRO corkscrew.

The Virgina model is unique. Most have the button at the very top.
There was a guy who claimed himself to be the apprentice of the world’s great authority who kept saying like ten times Virginia was part of Coltellerie Jndiana. But that’s just silly.
Virginia its own company in Northen Italy.
The SMCo is a 1950s picklock imported into the USA.

Here is an 11” one I found a couple years ago. Only 1-3 known in this size. The button is missing but that’s normally the style that collectors will see.

Getting old….I collect too many things.
Just got home from vacation and dug into my storeroom after reading your ENTIRE post.
About 10 years ago I bought a lot of 16 (mostly Italian) picklocks locally from a custom switchblade maker, can’t remember his name. His work was awesome but way outside my budget.
He had these 2 books for sale as well.
The spine on the Latama is unbroken.
