All About Pocket Knives

Not a huge deal but basically just curious if anyone had any info on the tang stamp on the blade of this knife. Says hong hong on the other side and not something I would normally carry but found it in my Dads knife drawer after he passed. Doesn’t seem to want to sharpen very well so inferior steel I’m sure. Any info would be appreciated. Hopefully the photos upload.
