Miss Joy's sister's husband, Jim has been struggling for several years. Today he was taken to the ER by ambulance. It was determined he has pneumonia in addition to all the other preexisting issues that have plagued him the last few years. Only bright side of this is that he's ready to meet the Lord.
Praying the Lord will be merciful to him.

Just talked to his wife and she said he is greatly improved this morning. She is hopeful that he will continue to improve but also knows that this may only be temporary and is ready for whatever the Lord sends their way.

Jim has been moved to a hospice facility within a couple of miles from their home.

The Lord was merciful to Jim. He is now in the presence of his Savior according to 2nd Corinthians 5:8. He passed this evening at 11:15.
Continuing prayers for our families will be appreciated. Death seems to be invading our family way too often.

Jim's wife, Willa, Miss Joy's sister has asked me to participate in Jim's celebration of life on Saturday. Her request is that I present the eulogy prior to their pastor's message Saturday morning.
I need y'all's prayers to be strong enough to accomplish this with some semblance of dignity, that is not too many tears.
Please ask the Lord to bless me to be able to accomplish this.
