Carvel Hall Folding knife

Any info about Carvel Hall folding knives? I've got this interesting 10K GF pocket knife with a Carvel Hall USA tang stamp. It's from a 1957 Hardware convention and has Craftsman etched on the blade. Never seen another one like this and I've only found reference to Carvel hall fixed blades and kitchen knives. Any insight?
